Do a quick work out to get your blood pumping.

Write 5 things you love about yourself.

Taken a day of social media cleanse.

Watch something that will make you laugh.

Pamper yourself and do a face mask.

Have some artistic fun. Draw, paint, do some makeup, and just get your creative on.

Create a goal, be it long-term or short-term, then create an action plan to see it through.
