Shipping

FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. merchandise orders over $75 (excluding taxes). Estimated delivery time is approximately 5-7 business days after processing.

 

For orders under $75 (excluding taxes), all shipping rates will vary depending on package type, weight, and "ship to" location. All shipping charges are tailored to each order and are calculated based on USPS Priority Mail shipping charges and will apply on all U.S. merchandise orders. Estimated delivery time is approximately 5-7 business days, including processing and handling.

Orders must be placed by 12:00PM PST for same day processing. Processing time usually takes 1-2 business days and excludes weekends and federal holidays. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday. Estimated delivery time is approximately 5-7 business days.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will include your tracking number and service used for your shipment.

Returns & Exchanges

You may return your purchase within 14 days of the original purchase date, in the original packaging, padded envelop, or box. Please include a copy of your purchase receipt, that includes your order number, in the shipment. The postmark on your return must be within 14 days of the original purchase date. Returns are not available after 14 days from the original purchase date. We are not accepting exchanges at this time.

Once your return is received, we will begin processing your return. Processing time is typically 1-3 business days. You will then receive an email confirmation that your return has been received and has been processed. We will process and refund your return for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges. Refunds can only be made to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase. It may take up to 14 business days for the credit to appear on your account. Please note, your bank may require additional processing time outside of our control. Should this occur, please contact your bank directly for more information.

 

We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been used in excess.
