Mission & Main Goals of the Position (include but are not limited to):

  • To elevate Mukha Beauty’s social presence and enhance visibility and sales of our products and services

  • To implement marketing & campaign plans, including product positioning, campaign development strategies, and market strategy insights.

  • To champion discovery of strategic business opportunities through cross function collaboration with sales, HR, etc.

  • To create marketing opportunities for revenue

  • To oversee the sales pipeline while meeting and overachieving sales expectations

  • To provide product/service support in order to establish proper channels of information and communication.

  • To coordinate, oversee, and manage branding, advertising, promotional materials, and company events

  • To work with management on projects dealing with media relations business communications, success stories, etc.

 

Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by utilizing key performance indicators (KPI’s). Executing with exceptional customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change. This individual is an expert in all things related to content and channel optimization, brand consistency, segmentation and localization, analytics and meaningful measurement.

  • You will create and execute inbound and outbound marketing strategies that drive revenue from new business annually and support existing business growth.

  • You will have a deep understanding of our market to create ever-evolving strategies to engage with our existing audience and bring new audiences into the funnel. Continuous evolvement of strategy is a MUST.

  • You will curate and execute within new markets by providing a omni channel experience utilizing Mukha Beauty’s social media accounts that include but not limited to YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Blogs, Vlogs and Pinterest.

  • You will establish consistency in messaging style across all mediums including social media, website, print, and video.

  • You will confer with the executive team to ensure all marketing strategies are both authentic and ethical.

  • You will crystallize brand messaging and manage and build various email lists and campaigns, including template designs, calls-to-action, and content used in email sends.

  • You will conduct market research and create A/B tests and reporting on results, ensuring tracking codes are properly placed and functioning, and other back-end technical tasks.

  • You will identify and pitch Mukha Beauty’s coverage with online/print/ and TV coverage writing press releases/Blog Post.

  • You will Identify networking sponsorship opportunities and follow up with contacts to build on relationships for executives.

  • Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website/mobile interactions (content, site page visits, app usage etc.).

  • You will develop standards, systems and best practices (both human and technological) for content creation, distribution, maintenance, content retrieval and content repurposing, including the real-time implementation of content strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years’ experience leading email marketing efforts through marketing automation/mobile engagement technology.

  • 1 to 2 years of managerial experience coaching, mentoring and training direct reports.

  • Experience within a start-up organization strongly preferred and desired.

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Business or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum (0) zero to (5) five years of relevant experience in marketing, retail, customer service or management with proven success, however, we offer paid training

  • Must have a wide range of experience and understanding of the marketing including product positioning, pricing, promotions, market research, sales, and distribution.

  • Should be a proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently. Need strong ability to set priorities, solve problems, and be resourceful under pressure.

  • Experience working with agency/client partners, exhibiting the ability to generate the maximum return through effective marketing strategies and direction.

  • Track record of successfully marketing B2B ideally with a background in software or digital product development.

  • Proven track record of increasing customer reach and engagement. Must be able to provide samples to substantiate work.

  • Proficient in inbound marketing automation, blogging & engagement software features in order to generate traffic, convert visitors into engaged users.

  • Comfortable with Photoshop and doing website re-design, SQL and advanced coding of emails that require integrations with APIs. (Including but not limited to CSS, HTML, etc.).

  • Highly analytical and able to derive meaning from data through A/B testing and email optimization.

  • Excellent communicator, writer and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions.

  • Passionate self-starter, problem solver, eager to dive in and learn and get work done.

  • Positive, up-beat highly engaged leader that quickly adapts to change

  • Demonstrated desire to lead and the potential of growing into Marketing Manager+ roles.
